gift sets for Education First students
all over the world.
We wanted to create a graphic approach that would appeal to a range of students, both young and mature,
as they learnt a new language in an unfamiliar country. These kits aimed
to help students settle into a new environment, prepared them to learn and have fun, as well as gave them lasting commemorative products once they were finished. We came up with an approach that played on common idioms in the language they were learning. Phrases such as ‘It’s raining cats and dogs’ or ‘just my cup of tea’ are quite humorous when taken literally, and provided a playful approach when applied to products.
